This lead free HydroGuard(R) thermostatic mixing valve high-capacity design makes it ideal for hot water heaters and multiple lavatory installations. It features a compact design and brass construction, 1 inch union sweat connections, lock-in handle mechanism, paraffin-based actuator, and integral check valves with inlet screens to prevent cross-flow and contamination. The thermostatic element ensures optimal, consistent performance over a wide range of temperatures. The temperature range is 80 to 160 degrees F (26 to 71 degrees C) and the maximum operating pressure is 125 psi (862 kPa).
