Project Challenge

The Falcon One Tower is a 30-storey luxury residential tower featuring 234 units, located in downtown Edmonton. The builder was seeking meticulously selected finishes and details for its fixtures for its refined rental suites, to accompany the unparalleled river valley views its suites offer.

The project required tight timelines, numerous consultations to meet the stringent design demands, and a strategic approach for delivery of product, due to construction being located in the downtown of a major Canadian city.

Our Solution

After numerous design consultations, including presenting customized inspirational lookbooks, we were able to offer a more cost-effective solution than what was originally specified for the project. We not only gained the confidence of the designer, contractor and builder, but we were also able to offer additional value-adds, such as extended labour allowance and extended warranty.

Furthermore, our local delivery services were able to meet the strict delivery schedule of the downtown urban environment, with agility and flexibility. Finally, we provided the additional support to our customer, by offering product that had great local representation, and we even provided a dedicated account service representative to meet their daily needs of the project.
